# Managing organization members

> Invite, remove, and update organization members, and add them to groups.

Add organization members, update roles, and place users into groups from organization settings.

## Inviting and adding organization members

Learn how to add members to your AI Hub organization. Start from **Settings**, then click **Add members** on the organization members list.

## Removing organization members

Remove members from your AI Hub organization when they leave your company or no longer need access. You can also bulk-remove members with **Actions** > **Delete members**.

## Changing members' organization roles

Walk through updating a member's [organization-level role](/admin/roles#organization-roles) when their responsibilities change.

> Minimize the number of admins in an organization. Instead, use workspace roles to grant workspace permissions as needed, and limit such extensive, organization-wide access to only those who need it.

## Creating groups from selected members

When you're already looking at the organization members list, select people and use **Add to group** > **New group** to create a group in place.
