Automation in AI Hub follows a structured workflow that takes you from concept to production.

Subscription tiers

Document automation capabilities are available in three tiers.

  • Community — Community subscriptions let you create a basic document understanding app and share it with other AI Hub users.

  • Commercial — Suitable for small to medium businesses. Commercial subscriptions provide all the functionality of a community subscription, and additionally lets you collaborate on projects, validate results, manage AI runtime updates, and more.

  • Enterprise — Suitable for larger organizations that require document processing at scale. Enterprise subscriptions provide all the functionality of community and commercial subscriptions, and additionally let you validate classification based on model confidence, specify human review service-level agreements, and request advanced apps.
