Reviewing flow results
Human review lets reviewers validate and correct classification and extraction output before results move downstream or flows resume.
Advanced app deployment runs
When you run an advanced app created from a flow, failed validations or other checkpoints queue work in the Review tab in Workspaces. For review tasks, permissions, queues, and the review interface, see Reviewing results.
Legacy flow jobs
Legacy flow jobs are accessible from the Review tab in Workspaces, under the Legacy jobs tab. Use this tab to find and claim legacy review jobs. Opening a job takes you to the legacy Flow Review interface. Follow the Instabase Classic instructions for reviewing flow results to correct data and complete the review.
Reviewers, review managers, and testers see runs they own, are assigned to review, or can access through a linked pipeline. Users with the developer role or higher see all legacy runs. The list includes only runs that are complete or stopped at a checkpoint.
For an eligible, unassigned run, click Assign to me to claim the review. Opening an unassigned run from Legacy jobs also assigns the run to you automatically. If the run is assigned to another reviewer, the legacy Flow Review interface displays a warning that names that reviewer.
Assigned reviewers and members of a pipeline linked to the run can save field corrections.
