Getting started

Get the most out of Instabase Academy with the following steps:

  1. Find your persona — Review the personas below and select the one that best aligns with your daily role and the tasks you’ll complete in Instabase.

  2. Follow your learning path — Open the path linked from your persona card. Each path is a structured, step-by-step curriculum that builds your knowledge from foundational concepts to practical application.

  3. Learn, watch, and build — Work through bite-sized, video-first modules at your own pace.

    More comfortable learning in another language? While watching videos, you can enable closed captions in your language of choice. On the video, click the Settings (gear) icon > Captions > Auto-translate, and select your language. Auto-translation accuracy isn’t guaranteed.

  4. Keep up to date — When new AI Hub releases ship, watch for product and content updates. For detailed release changes, read the platform release notes.

This path covers the work areas of developers and advanced developers. From building standard apps in the app editor to developing advanced apps with the flow editor, Refiner, and custom Python code.

This path covers the work areas of workspace managers and organization admins. Topics include user management, workspaces, groups, and organization settings.
