Learn about upgrades and maintenance for your AI Hub environment.

Versioning

AI Hub uses a two-part versioning system in the format YY.WW where:

  • YY represents the year (for example, 25 for 2025).

  • WW represents the sequential deployment number for the year.

Each release contains new features, improvements, and bug fixes of varying scope.

AI Hub is typically released every two weeks, so version 25.02 is followed by version 25.04. Single-tenant environments run one version behind multi-tenant environments.

Update and maintenance schedule

AI Hub environments are updated weekly, with new versions deployed every other week, and critical bug fixes rolled out in the interim.

  • Multi-tenant environments are updated on Mondays between approximately 00:00 ET and 02:30 ET.

  • Single-tenant environments are updated outside of business hours at a time coordinated with your Customer Engagement Manager (CEM).

Planned maintenance is announced in the AI Hub interface in a dismissible banner 48 hours in advance.
