Configure SSO to integrate with identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and other enterprise authentication systems. Both security assertion markup language (SAML) and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols are supported. Multi-tenant customers can configure SSO themselves (SAML or OIDC). Single-tenant customers work with the Instabase support team for setup (SAML or OIDC).

Enterprise-tier organizations can configure OAuth providers to manage API access using externally generated tokens. After configuring a provider, create account mappings to enable user and service accounts to authenticate API requests through your organization’s OAuth provider.

Manage secrets and API credentials securely within AI Hub, ensuring sensitive information like database connections and third-party service credentials are stored and accessed safely. Monitor system activity through comprehensive audit logs that track user actions, system changes, and access patterns to support compliance requirements and security investigations.
